Currently, we have three hotels.
Kahanda Kanda and KK Beach are in the south west of Sri Lanka, The Villa Bentota is on the west coast.
Generally, for the south and west, the best time is December through to the end of April and again July/August. For the east coast, July through to September.
We would be very happy for you to stay in two or even three of our hotels. If so, then we can provide a complimentary transfer between the hotels.
Should you choose to book with us direct, you can be assured of the best possible room rate, and depending on the length of stay, we will give you a number of value adds, such as complimentary cocktails or massages, room upgrade etc etc.
We have a good number of guests who not only come back year after year but also stay for as long as a month – or even longer! Naturally we are more than happy to show our gratitude with a rate reduction. Just ask us!

Both Kahanda Kanda and The Villa Bentota have rooms on the Ground floor, making them wheelchair accessible. KK Beach there are no bedrooms are on the ground floor, and there is no elevator. Please check when booking.
