• Cancellations received 15 days or more prior to arrival date will be refunded in full.
• Cancellations received between 1-14 days prior to arrival date will render the deposit non-refundable. All Bookings during festive season 21st December to 10th January are non refundable.
• “No shows” and stays that are cut short will incur a charge of 100% of the total cost

• A 50% deposit of total package cost is required at the time of confirmation.
• No babies or children under 12 years of age at Kahanda Kanda are permitted. Should you arrive at Kahanda Kanda to check-in with a child under 12 years, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation. Offer is valid for all new bookings and cannot be combined with any other offers.
• Check-in time is 1400hrs, and check out time is midday.
• Late check out can be arranged at the management’s discretion.
