The health and well-being of our guests, as well as our staff is of the utmost importance. We take all the necessary precautions to ensure that we minimise the risk of transmitting any infectious diseases.
If you drink your own alcohol in your room, naturally we do not charge, but if you consume it in the bar or the restaurant for example, then we will charge a corkage fee.
We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express, or cash.
All our staff speak English, some better than others, but there should not be an issue with communication.
We have complimentary wifi throughout the hotel for the guests
No we do not have a gym – we do have a spa with a trained therapist, offering Massages and body wraps
Yes, we do offer room service and this is particularly popular for families with small children.
We ask that guests put any tips in the Tip Box at Reception and this is shred equally amongst the staff – there are so many staff members who you will not get to see, and it is only fair that they get their share of the tip money. Tipping is very much part of the custom in Sri Lanka, and greatly appreciated.
The main restaurant is situated towards the rear of the building and here we offer a modern twist on Sri Lankan cuisine. We also do a BBQ evening once a week down on the beach, as well as one other themed night in the Restaurant. Alternatively, you can choose to eat in the Bar, where we have a totally different menu. We also offer a Kids Menu for our younger guests.
We have 24/7 security on the property, and there are wallsafes in all the rooms.
No we do not, but there are plenty of places nearby and we will be happy to arrange this for your driver.
All the bedrooms are non-smoking and we are very strict about this.
