Reservations cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded in full minus bank charges, exchange gain/or loss and handling fees. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less is charged in full.
The hotel has the right to request a deposit equivalent to one night of each room reserved or up to 50% of the total rooms reserved.

Any dispute in relation to the reservation will be evaluated by the management of KK Collection who will strive to provide an amicable solution based on the circumstance(s) and the Terms and Conditions given herewith and in reference to the Master Terms and Conditions. In case of further dispute the final decision remains with the Management of KK Collection.
