Terms & Conditions
  • Booking period: 1st December 2024 to 30th April 2025
  • Travel period: 1st December 2024 to 30th April 2025
  • The special offer is only applicable for a new reservation, and cannot be combined with an existing reservation, confirmed on other rates/offers/packages
  • The special offer cannot be combined with any other rate/offer/package
  • Reservations are confirmed on a first come first serve basis
  • Child Policy: Classification of an Adult: Any individual over 12 years of age is considered an adult.
  • A 50% deposit of the total cost is required for confirmation of the booking.
  • Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to arrival date will not incur any charge.
  • Cancellations received within 1 to 30 of the date of arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost.
  • Festive Season reservations that are cancelled 60 days or more prior to the date of arrival will be refunded in full, minus the 50% deposit, any bank charges, exchange gain/or loss and handling fees. Reservations for the Festive Season that are cancelled 59 days or less prior to the date of arrival will be charged in full.
  • Modifications and Amendments: Any and all modifications/amendment requests should be advised in writing and is based on the ability of the hotel to accommodate the request(s) and is based on other applicable Terms and Conditions
  • All cancellations must be advised in writing
  • No Show (Failure to arrive at the property): In the case of a No Show, the company reserves the right not to refund the guest.
  • Any dispute in relation to the reservation will be evaluated by the management of KK Collection who will strive to provide an amicable solution based on the circumstance(s) and the Terms and Conditions given herewith and in reference to the Master Terms and Conditions. In case of further dispute the final decision remains with the Management of KK Collection.
